Here are the five most springy and summery blue I found in my single eyeshadow palettes. They come from Inglot, Makeup Geek, and Make Up For Ever and are all pretty pigmented. I tend to go for shimmer shadows when it comes to bright shades so they’re all shimmery, foiled, or somewhat glittery.
